The music is great and the lyrics are simple and short. It is a song of a Taiwanese music group 脫拉庫 and they are from my hometown 高雄 (Kaohsiung) ! Yeah~~ This probably explains why there is a 高雄妹 in the lyrics.

Now let’s take a look at some interesting terms. It is often used by Taiwanese young people now to refer to young and pretty girls. To make the term 妹妹 sound more cute and prettier, Taiwanese people usually change the word tones. Instead of 妹妹 (fourth + neutral tone), 美眉 (third + second tone) is preferred. This rule applies to 弟弟 (fourth + neutral tone) and other words as well.

養眼 is to refer to something visually attractive but most of the time not ethically proper in the Chinese society. 養眼 is usually used to refer to girls dressed in revealing clothing.

高雄妹 is a 美眉 living in Kaohsiung where this music group is from. Kaohsiung, located in the south Taiwan, is the second largest city in this country.

Ahora vamos a ver unos términos interesantes.

【Traditional Ch】【ChinoTradicional】

see English translation

I I love summer

There are pretty girls

I I love summer

Because their dresses are eye-catching

Whenever the summer comes, I want to go to the beach

A girl from Kaohsiung is at the beach

Only making phone calls, not seeing her often makes me miss her so much

I wonder at which beach she will be

【Simplified Ch】【Chino simplificado】

English introduction I am so excited to share this rock music with you!
